- If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will (with minimum 1 night) be charged.
- If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Prepayment:
- deposit 30 percent of the total amount (with minimum 1 night) will be charged on the day of booking.
