Recently built (2023), the rooms overlook the Domaso beach and have a garden.

the Villa is divided into rooms and apartments which can be rented separately:
- double bedrooms with lake view and terrace or veranda
- junior suite with veranda
- suite with 2 bedrooms and bathroom
- Studio flat
- 1 bedroom apartment
- 2 bedroom apartment
- 3 bedroom apartment.

With its lakefront location in Domaso, Villa Resort le Vele Suites and Apartments offers free Wi-Fi, an outdoor pool, a spa and air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV. This property also features a garden and a gym.

Rooms at the Villa Resort le Vele Suites and Apartments have views of the lake or garden, private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Each comes with a balcony or veranda.

A sweet Italian breakfast is served every morning in the dining room. Guests can enjoy relaxing moments in the shared garden.

Terms and Conditions

Included:
Parking, Wi-fi, Tv lcd, TV-SAT, air condition/heating, Soundproofing, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, outdoor table with chairs, sunlounger, clean sheets and towels, Free toiletries, cleaning

- The sheets, towels are refreshed after one week, weekly cleaning only for stays of 2 or more weeks

- Guests have free access to the swimming pool* and Fitness Center**
*(15/04 a 01/10) **(20/03 to 30/10)

Extra:
- breakfast: 10 euro/people (20/03 to 30/10).
- Change extra bed linen: 10 euro
- Change extra bathroom linens: 4 euro/people
- A fee of euro 15,00 per hour and people will be applied for the Turkish-baths, the sauna, the Jacuzzi, the hydromassage showers and the Relax area; the second hour 10 Euro(20/03 to 30/10)
- A fee of E 5 per 30 min. will be applied for the outdoor hydromassage.(01/06 to 31/08)

- Payment to be settled in full upon arrival.
- The Cameras can be occupied from hours 15,00 and must be leave you free for hours 10,00 of the departure day.

- Check-in 15.00 - 20.00; Check-out to 10.00

Cancellation:
- If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will (with minimum 1 night) be charged.
- If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Prepayment:
- deposit 30 percent of the total amount (with minimum 1 night) will be charged on the day of booking.
